3P Biopharmaceuticals was established as a company to develop and manufacture therapeutic proteins, maintaining a clear focus on QUALITY, expressed by the concept of a "JOB WELL DONE" with the following basic principles:
1.Quality is present in all activities that influence the relationship between 3P and its customers, suppliers and employees.
2.The Management is directly involved in maintaining quality standards, and has created the Department of Quality Assurance to be part of the decision making process of 3P.
3.The Management will provide and maintain sufficient resources for the Quality Assurance Department to develop and maintain efficient quality sustems throughout the company.
4.The Management is committed to obtain and maintain the highest level of accredited certification from the most important national and international bodies such as AEMPS, FDA and ISO.
5.3P is clearly geared towards customer service, an awareness of the client´s needs at each stage of a project following and abiding by the basic quality standards.

6.Quality systems represent for 3P an effective and necessary tool to act as a framework for all its activities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and hence the successful development of the business.
7. It is the responsibility of all 3P employees to cooperate and comply with established quality standards, as well as to suggest improvements and seek clarification on the procedures already in place. Continuous Improvement is essential for all the quality systems implemented by 3P.
8. All personnel will be adequately trained in the general procedures of the company and in those directly related to their jobs. No employee of 3P will perform any task for which they are not satisfactorily trained.
9.3P will maintain an appropriate risk management policy, the validation of all systems and processes, and the qualification of equipment. This will be regularly reviewed in compliance with established procedures.
10. Suppliers are an important link in the quality of 3P. Therefore, 3P will correcty develop and maintain a system of evaluation and selection of suppliers as well as assisting them in the adaptation of their quality systems to the standards required by 3P. |
